versatile recipe too - you can make it chunky and eat it in tortilla wraps like I do or chop it finely and use it as a sauce - you could even use it in homemade pizza

all this talk of dieting, here it is after 10:00 p.m. here and i just had a Klondike bar, seriously considering ripping open a large bag of chips, with a big glass of soda. comfort food

Not so much a changing of the things I like as it is about the portions that I am eating

Doesn't hurt that Doc changed my meds so that I take something to help control Diabetes that has a
side effect of making me feel like I am full rather quickly when I do eat

Breakfast: Grapefruit, Tea (no milk or sugar) slice of toast..

Two weeks of strict diet no booze for holidays, can not fit into any of my summer clothes and refuse to buy next size up, which seems to happen every year) I have promised my wife I will go to weight watchers when I get back from hols.
