Was going to send Tim a PM with the match report from the tour game I was doing for him but will post it here as there are a couple of other United fans that may be interested - As I can't be arsed to edit any of it Kags = new boy Kagawa, Chico is Chicharito, Toni is Valencia and Ando is Anderson

Rio is a choc ice .. and Bebe = shite

Can't find a lineup yet but I do know Toni, Kags, Ando, Vermijl, Amos and Tyler Blackett all start this time - looking like a 4-5-1 with Kags playing in the hole behind Chico
Torrential rain about an hour before kick off and the ball is zipping around a bit which will definitely suit United
First trademark Scholesy "tackle" after 5 minutes

18 minutes gone - hardly a chance on goal for either side - United looking solid and probing the Ajax defence -- oooh first chance from Ajax and its a good one - centre forward flying through the defence and just puts it wide
Good run from Toni but just fails to find Chico - United's best chance so far
Fecking vuvuzelas are annoying

Another good chance from Ajax - great block from Blackett - looks very classy at left back

Toni looking very sharp

Great cross from Wootten and Chico heads straight at the keeper
Scholesy has learned to tackle!! - two great challenges in a minute

Ajax clipped the post after a mistake by Scott Wootten
Chico close after great work from Kags
Half time - pretty level game so far - Ando very quiet but Toni and Kags have looked very good but been very impressed with Tyler Blackett - looks strong in the tackle, has good pace and gets forward - his positioning has also saved United on a couple of occasions - maybe we don't need Baines after all
2nd half
Chico just wide after slipping as he was taking the shot - another great pass from Kags - and Chico close again after good work from Toni - 2 great chances in less than a minute
Just got the team news - Amos; Vermijl, Wootton, Ferdinand, Blackett; Valencia, Carrick, Scholes, Anderson; Kagawa, Hernandez. Subs: Lindegaard, Johnstone, Berbatov, Powell, Macheda, Bebe, Brady, Petrucci, Tunnicliffe, Veseli, Lingard
Yet another chance for Chico then one for Kags - United putting pressure on the South Africans - started raining again- Kags and Scholes are running the show

Another chance for Chico - just got his feet wrong - United dominating now
Tunnicliffe, Powell and Lingard warming up - looking forward to seeing Powell
Ooooohhhhh - Kags should have scored with a free header - did well to get in that position but put it wide
Bebe warming up too

Kags has got amazing feet - brilliant close control

Lingard, Tunnicliffe, Bebe and Powell coming on
Chico, Toni, Scholesy and Ando off
Bebe with a header wide - playing as the main striker
20 minutes left
Ajax cross deflected wide by Carrick - could have been an OG

Great save from Amos - took a deflection which made it even better - got down low to his left and turned it round the post

Berba warming up - must have finished negotiations with Galatasaray

Berba on for Kags who is man of the match by some way

Bebe playing poorly - can't pass or hold onto the ball (actually typed pooply

)
Great ball from Lingard which almost got through to Berba
Ajax putting the pressure on in the last 5 minutes
Noooo - Goal for Ajax - came from a corner - flicks off the heel of one of their players and loops over Ben Amos - bit lucky
Tunnicliffe puts the ball over the bar - good chance
Ben Amos goes for the interception and makes a mess of it - Ajax shoot wide - only time Amos has put a foot wrong
4 minutes of added time - great strike from Powell great save
BEBE!!!!!!!
1-1 great run on the outside from Vermijl Berba steps over the ball and Bebe was at the far post to bang it in (just)
Another chance for Ajax - over the bar
Full time - TBH Ajax deserved the draw - worked hard and made it difficult for United
Kags man of the match - Blackett also impressive together with Scholes - Rio played 90 minutes in both games - hopefully over his injuries
Bebe with the goal and TBH was the only thing he did right - maybe rusty after his cruciate injury but he couldn't control the ball or pass it (maybe trying too hard) from his size he looks more like a striker than a winger so we'll see what happens - reckon he'll go on loan again
Powell looked good - very promising player with a lot of skill and has a great shot on him (think Gibson but on target

)
Fair result - next stop Shanghai on Wednesday to face Drogba and Anelka
